We are both fully insured and qualified to an advanced level. Lindy is also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) who represent counselling and psychotherapy in the UK, setting the standards for practice.

We use a variety of counselling theories appropriate to the client and regularly attend training sessions to keep up to date with new counselling techniques.

Established in 1994, we have over the years helped many clients to work through their problems and live more fully.

Finding the key

We work eclectically with the following theoretical approaches:

  • Psychodynamic Counselling
